Jenny Lyon (FIAA 1989) is the lead consultant for the Australian and Asia Pacific business and also has general management responsibility for the region.  Prior to working in recruitment she worked in a life office and an employee benefits consulting firm.  She is currently a member of the Leadership committee of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and is editor of Actuary Australia, the profession's magazine.

Ireland

Russell Keenan (FIA 2003) manages Acumen Resources' Irish office. Prior to joining Acumen he was a senior manager with one of Ireland's leading insurance companies. During his career he has gained experience of financial reporting, pricing, reinsurance and actuarial operational functions. Russell also performs the annual actuarial salary survey in Ireland.

Jan Sparks (FIA 1995) specialised in life and health insurance and reinsurance prior to becoming a recruiter.  She developed international life businesses as well as gaining in-depth experience of the UK market and products.  Jan's insurance experience also included business change roles and responsibility for the professional development of actuarial students. Paul Walsh (FIA 1998) CEO, has overall responsibility for the UK, Irish, Continental European and Asia Pacific offices. He has worked in both direct-writing and consulting environments over an extensive career. Paul now focuses on developing Acumen’s business worldwide and on senior appointments in these markets.
