Financial Reporting Manager

Key Responsibilities:
•Delivery of MCEV, IFRS results.
•Assist with operational planning.
•Oversee the development of the actuarial Prophet model.
•Produce the company’s three-year business plan, quarterly reforecasts and annual Financial Condition report
•Assist in the production of management information and developing reporting processes.
•Monitoring the ongoing experience of the company (including expenses, and persistency).
•Assist in the calculation of the mathematical reserves and provide profit driver analysis.
•Assist in the production of statutory (CBI) returns, both annually and quarterly.
•Support the junior actuarial trainees
Skills:
•Highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
•Ability to meet deadlines and be a good team player
•Understanding of basic actuarial principles and formulae
•Highly numerate with strong analytical capability
