Junior Actuarial Assistant Pricing

Junior Part Qualified Life Actuarial Analyst Assistant required for a leading reinsurance company. This role focuses on modelling client and industry data with detailed research into pricing factors and trends.
• Assisting in the pricing of treaty quotations on the agreed basis in line with guidelines and within the specified service standards.
• Conducting experience investigations on existing business, reporting on findings and working with senior members of the team to recommend any changes required to pricing.
• Developing knowledge of life, health and group products and the reinsurance industry and assisting senior members of the team in dealing with client queries.
• Responding appropriately to both internal and external queries relating to existing and potential new business.
• Assisting with pricing and research investigations, and reporting on findings and the impact on our pricing guidelines.
• Understanding, developing and checking pricing programs including our MoSes based pricing tools.
You will need to be a Junior Part Qualified Actuarial Analyst, with 6-12months work experience and committed to completing your exams. Full study support will be provided. Good Access and MoSes/Prophet skills would be an advantage but not essential.
