Our client is seeking to recruit a pricing actuary for their European business.

Role Description
The successful candidate:
-will be responsible for the accurate development and pricing of new products for launch;
-will liaise with the Sales and Marketing department to ensure that the product is competitive and appropriate for the target market;
-will work with Corporate Actuarial, Underwriting and Claims to ensure consistency of assumptions and experience;
-will prepare pricing reports for new and revised products;
-will provide assistance in the implementation of new products on administration systems/operations, illustrations/quotations, and technical advice on product literature;
-will contribute to and implement corporate product pricing policies

Key Skills:-
A qualified actuary;
-Thorough understanding of Life product development and pricing, including experience in product pricing
-Experienced in Prophet
-An analytical approach to problem solving
-Good communication skills, with an ability to express views/ideas clearly and logically in written and oral form.
-Ability to organise own work, and the work of the team
