Our client, a global general insurance company has an opportunity for within the GI Reserving function for a Head of to join the team. The successful candidate will lead the regular review and analysis of the Group’s GI reserves.
They will manage the Group GI Reserving standard and ensure compliance across the Group’s GI businesses. They will also ensure that group, regional and business unit reserving processes are supported by appropriate systems, processes and controls. The candidate will also lead and support related actuarial and financial management activities as required, including solvency II developments, financial reporting developments, stress and scenario testing, Economic Capital reporting, M&A activity

Candidates will need to be a Qualified GI Actuary with excellent understanding of modern actuarial skills, processes and techniques. A broad understanding of GI insurance market to include capital management and financial reporting as well as reserving is desired. Excellent package is on offer.
