• Highly numerate and excellent written and verbal communication skills

The key responsibilities of the role are:
• Working closely with management, marketing, pricing and underwriting teams in developing and assessing the viability of reinsurance solutions.
• Study current market dynamics to develop reinsurance expertise and potential reinsurance solutions.
• Managing client communication and underwriting process deliverables: planning, supervising and reviewing deliverables, communication and presentation with client and internally.
• The successful candidate will develop skills in understanding US, UK and European accounting, reserving and tax legislation.
