Our Client a leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Scheme Actuary for their Glasgow office. Your role will be to provide consulting advice in specialist areas to a range of clients. A particular focus of the role will be to develop new business with existing clients and in particular with prospects.

You will be a qualified actuary with scheme actuary certificate, high level of UK pensions consultancy experience with a board range of clients. Prior experience of leading, motivating and managing people.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of the UK pensions industry is required with the successful candidate able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge derived from implementation of benefit consulting, DC consulting, mergers and acquisitions, investment principles and unapproved schemes.
Evidence of developing strategy and implementation of innovative solutions to clients within the area of pensions consulting. Experience and proven ability of excellent business and commercial acumen with sound financial management.
