Actuarial Reporting – Senior Analyst

Details of Role:
(1) Business planning and analysis
•Assist the Financial Reporting Actuary in preparing capital and earnings business plans.
•Support Finance and Administration in understanding technical product issues.
(2) Statutory and Internal Reporting
•Produce the actuarial elements of financial reporting (US GAAP, IFRS, Solvency).
•Support the implementation of, and ongoing reporting under, Solvency II.
•Carry out regular experience and expense investigations.
(3) Develop reporting systems
•Assist in the development of robust actuarial reporting systems.
•Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls.
•Review reserving and accounting practices in partnership with Finance Department.
Experience
•A senior student or newly qualified Actuary
