Our client is seeking an actuary who is starting their Part3 exams or potential with only a couple to go; seeking discussions with actuaries who have at least 3 to 4years experience. With in your experience, you will ideally have some exposure to GLMs.

The main focus in this role is to seek someone with excellent data skills; we are seeking discussions with actuaries who are particularly well known for their eye for detail, someone who understands the drivers with in a data set, someone enjoys manipulating and analysing information a data set provides.

In this role some of your duties may include:
• Assist in annual review of the personal lines portfolio
• Improvements in pricing process
• Assist in implementation of pricing changes
• Assist in recommendations for pricing changes and pricing strategies
• Produce regular reports showing key trends of the portfolio, such as loss ratio, policies in-force, number of new business written, etc
• Improvements in the monthly reports
• Produce ad-hoc reports as requested from other departments, such as claims, underwriters, etc
• Assist in updating the FCR
