Head of Economic Capital – Europe

Responsible for managing and understanding Economic capital issues throughout our client’s European operations, this role will encompass both BAU and Solvency II activity.
Reporting to the Economic Capital Director, Europe on the region’s economic capital requirements, you will be responsible for developing the actuarial elements of the company’s policy and control framework on economic capital. On Solvency II you will lead input to the pan-European Operating and Internal Models teams.
This is a high profile role requiring extensive experience of life or GI insurance management. You are likely to be a qualified actuary with a good understanding of European markets and products.
