This role is responsible for
- Developing the pricing and margin strategy
- Manage the product margins and profitability for Retail Insurance
- Building a strong and deep team to support the retail insurance book
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the development of products
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting the team.

You will be able to demonstrate::
- Detailed understanding of retail insurance markets and competitors’ propositions
- An understanding of insurance selling practices of distribution channels.
- Detailed understanding of the drivers of margins and profits.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Experience required:
- Demonstrated experience in financial markets (10 years plus)
- 5 years life insurance pricing experience
- Significant experience in managing a team of staff
- Demonstrated experience in margin and profit management (5 years plus)
- FIAA or equivalent
- Knowledge of tax and life insurance l industry
