Retained Search Fee Structure
While we fulfil a large number of assignments on a contingency basis, for certain senior or specialised appointments a more targeted search is required. Our confidence in our search and selection techniques is backed up by our fee structure. We are happy to weight our fees towards success, with a small fee payable upfront and the majority on successful placement.
